Unfortunately, once your bet is placed, you will not be able to cancel it, however some bets are eligible for a cashout feature.
You can find out if your bet can be cashed out if the option is available in your Bet slip in the Sportsbook section of the website. If the button is missing or it is grayed out, this means that Cash out is currently not available for your bet.
