If you are unable to place a bet there could be a few different causes:
- You may have reached or surpassed your betting or time limits. You can verify if this is the reason by going to MY ACCOUNT > Responsible Gaming.
- Your location has not been verified or you are not physically in a state where sports betting is authorized. If you are on your computer, check that the Player Location Check plugin is activated. On mobile, check that location is activated for the Betly Sportsbook Ohio app in your settings.
- The event you would like to bet on has finished or the odds are too low.
- The app is not updated to the latest version and must go through an update.
