I cannot find my deposit in my history. How do I know if it has been credited?

While most deposits go through immediately, if your deposit is not visible in your Betly Sportsbook balance, please allow up to 24 hours for it to reflect.

If after 24 hours you still can’t see the deposit in your account, we kindly ask you to email us proof of the payment, including the reference number of the transaction, along with the date and time, so that we can assist you further.
