I am in an eligible state, but still see a message saying my location is restricted. What should I do?

If you’re physically located in a state that allows sports betting, but still get a location-restricted message, try following these tips:

  • Reset your Wi-Fi connection
  • Turn your device off and back on
  • Clear the cache
  • Reset the location services
  • Make sure you do not have any 3rd party location devices on your phone or tablet
