A security token is part of two-factor authentication (2FA). It provides an extra layer of security by requiring a one-time verification code - sent via SMS to your registered phone – upon log in or password change.
Once you enter your correct login credentials (email and password), our system will instantly send a verification code via SMS. You should receive it within a few moments.
When you log in, you’ll see an option to “Remember this device as trusted.”
If you choose this option, your current device or browser will be marked as trusted for the next 14 days. During this time, you won’t need to enter a two-factor authentication (2FA) code when signing in from it.
Important: Only use this option on a secure, personal device that only you have access to.
If you’re not receiving the two-factor authentication (2FA) code, try the following steps:
- Restart your device.
- Check if you can receive SMS messages from other senders.
- Look in your device’s SMS spam or blocked messages folder.
We always send the code to your registered mobile number. If you need to update your number, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
